DHS report follow-up

Janet Napolitano was just on Fox News defending the DHS's report and stands by their assessment that returning vets are a risk factor, and quoted Timothy McVeigh as an example. I couldn't believe it. That is like using Osama Bin Laden as a representative of the entire Islam religion, is it not?
